Driving factor.
Education cycle or table in Uganda indicates that most parents do start sending their children at nursery or kindergarten in large numbers almost 99.8%. This same number can be seen joining the primary education sector and almost 97.8% do sit for primary leaving exams (PLE). It is after this stage when the going gets hard for both students and parents. You will notice a high dramatic slope down in the number of students able to join the secondary school level. All of these who do so do not get any career guidance or study plan.
This stage the proposed science foundation school is going to join the battle. The students who join the school will be given a closer watch in order to identify those who can perform well sciences with struggling. Even though the first four yours of secondary education the student attend all arts and science subjects. The chance of taking on science subjects will be easier. The college program intends to take on science subject students only in advanced level secondary section.
